Marketing (Mass Mailing)

This document will explain you how to launch a Marketing Campaign using Advanced CRM system
 
Pre-requisites :
Following are very important points to keep in mind, while starting the Marketing Campaign:
1. There must be at least one department added in CRM system.
2. The user must be attached to the department used to launch the campaign.
3. There must be at least one Draft (Mail Template) in CRM system. Click Here for help
4. There must be at least one Distribution List in CRM system. Click Here for help
Getting Started
These are the steps while getting started Advanced CRM Marketing Campaign:
1. Composing a Draft (Mail Template):
  A mail draft must be composed before launching the Campaign. Drafts, Newsletters, Brochures etc. are designed in this section. You can find it by navigating CRM system Left Menu >> Admin >> Mail Draft. Click Here for help.
2. Making a Distribution List:
  Make a Distribution List which contains the customers you want to send newletters, marketing stuff etc.
Follow this navigation to make a distribution list. CRM system Left Menu >> Marketing >> Distribution List

3. Launching a Test Campaign:
 
  • Log-in to CRM system
  • Make sure that at least an email draft and distribution list is already created
  • Navigate to CRM system Left Menu >> Marketing >> Mass Mailing >> Schedule New Bulk
  • Select Department, Mail Draft and check Start Immediately
  • Select Distribution List and save the campaign
  • It will start sending Email (selected mail draft) to the customers associated to selected distribution list
